Qualifications

• Must possess leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Experience in restaurant management preferred.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks while ensuring policy compliance.
• Coach and develop team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and product quality standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support General Manager and District Manager as required.
