Job summary

Zaxby's in Thomaston, GA is seeking a dedicated team member to join our leadership team. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, food quality, safety, and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will train and coach staff, manage shift goals, delegate tasks, monitor inventory, ensure adherence to policies, handle cash and records, and respond to guest concerns with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate team members to meet goals and perform to their highest ability level.
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all Zaxby's Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing duties are complete.
• Collaborate with management team to develop goals and report back to management on goal progress.
