Job summary

Zaxbys in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure we deliver great experiences to guests while upholding operational standards. You will manage daily restaurant operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

You’ll train and coach team members, create staff schedules, handle guest concerns, and support the General Manager to drive performance, safety, and profitability, with bonus potential and a friendly, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure team follows processes, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise, lead, and coach team members to meet quarterly goals and maintain standards.
• Create and maintain schedules, delegate shifts, and communicate expectations.
