Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at our Georgia location. You will lead shift teams, ensure quality, safety, and compliance, and implement company standards to deliver great guest experiences.

You will train and coach staff, manage schedules, monitor performance, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive work culture and high-performance teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work 5 days, 32–48 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.
• Leadership qualities and teamwork mindset.
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve weekly goals.
• Create and adjust work schedules per company policy and local laws.
• Maintain service quality, product cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Escalate performance concerns to General Manager and participate in reviews.
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
