Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1–3 years management experience in restaurant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and Manager Certification.
• Enhance guest experiences by meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
• Create an effective work schedule following company standards and local laws; delegate shift assignments.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve quarterly goals.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld consistently.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and local regulations.
• Handle guest complaints/concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leadership.
