The role emphasizes training, safety, and performance coaching, with opportunities to advance and a comprehensive benefits package. 18+ with flexible availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Create effective schedules and delegate shifts.
• Coach and develop team members to meet quarterly goals.
• Maintain product quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Address guest and team member concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Escalate issues to General Manager when appropriate.
• Maintain records and assist with performance reviews.
