Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest experiences and high standards are met. You will lead the team, monitor training, and enforce policies to drive consistent results.

Requirements include 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Open availability for 5 days and 32–48 hours per week, plus flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays, are expected.

• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
