Zax LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, uphold quality standards, and lead the team to deliver great guest experiences. You will implement policies, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and service guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 1–3 years of management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to schedule shifts, coach teammates, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
• Handle guest and team concerns promptly.
