Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager to build a high-performing team.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Oversee shifts, food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food costs; assist with inventory and ordering.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance; resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Support scheduling, daily ops, and performance goals; open/close the restaurant as needed.
