Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the General Manager

• Monitor labor and productivity, assist with inventory and ordering
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Support scheduling and overall restaurant performance goals
• Open and close the restaurant as needed
