KF is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring the team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll lead by example, train and recognize the team, and ensure operations run smoothly in the RGM’s absence.

You will work a 50-hour week with 40 paid at regular rate and 10 at time-and-a-half, balancing fast-paced duties with growth opportunities. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management including cash control, inventory and labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train teammates to uphold brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations in the RGM's absence and drive high customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing feedback and address employee relations issues as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members with a focus on equity and inclusion.
• Support with cost control, cash handling, and performance reviews.
• Review financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and safety.
