KF is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and uphold brand standards. You will lead by example, train and recognize your team, and drive excellent guest experiences.

In this role you will step in during the RGM's absence, manage daily operations, and contribute to team performance, training, and fair hiring practices while maintaining health and safety standards. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to assist with P&L management, cash control and inventory.
• Strong training, coaching and recognition skills.
• Champion KFC culture, equity and inclusion, and team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Train, coach and recognize team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Oversee shift responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members.
• Support with Profit & Loss management and labor planning.
