Job summary

KF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Phoenix, AZ to support the Restaurant General Manager and guide a team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll manage daily operations in the RGM’s absence, train and coach staff, and uphold brand standards while promoting equity and belonging.

The position offers a 50-hour week with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, plus an array of benefits including vacation, medical coverage from day 1, and career development

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, coach and recognize your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the RGM's absence.
• Model brand standards and deliver great customer experiences.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address issues as needed.
• Assist in sourcing and hiring Team Members.
• Support P&L management, cash control and inventory.
