Job summary

KF is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and uphold brand standards. You will lead by example, train and coach your team, and recognize top performers to deliver memorable customer experiences.

In this role you’ll run daily operations in the RGM’s absence, drive performance, and support hiring and health and safety standards. A 50-hour work week with standard and overtime pay is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to assist with P&L, cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Commitment to food safety standards and brand policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Train, coach and recognize team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members with equity and inclusion in mind.
• Manage cash, inventory and labor; review financial reports to improve performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
• Provide performance feedback and resolve employee relations issues as needed.
