KF is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. You will train, coach, recognize and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while upholding brand standards and driving performance.

You will work a 50-hour week with a mix of regular pay and time-and-a-half, supporting a culture of equity and belonging and contributing to profit and loss management.

Formación

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory and labor.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion KFC’s culture and values, promoting equity and inclusion in the restaurant.
• Lead recognition, collaboration and motivation.
• Identify and recruit talent, supporting the RGM in hiring.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures and health and food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine.
• Oversee team adherence to shift responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the RGM on performance assessments and feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members.
• Support P&L management, including cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
