Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Burlington, CO location. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, exceptional guest service, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Food/Hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
