Job summary

Flynn Arby’s seeks an Assistant Manager to join our Colorado team. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver flawless guest service.

You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards while leading labor cost controls and striving to meet sales targets. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Food/Hospitality role or similar leadership position.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
