Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Fountain, Colorado. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

You’ll lead labor cost controls, deliver excellent guest service, and help drive sales targets in a fast-paced setting. The role offers a robust benefits package and full-time hours, with eligibility for 401(k) and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
