Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Lafayette, CO restaurant. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and deliver flawless guest service.

You will train and mentor staff, manage inventory, enforce food safety, control labor costs, and lead the team to hit sales targets. This full-time role includes a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
