Flynn Arby’s in Peyton, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role works closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, delivers consistent guest service, and maintains high standards of quality and safety.

If you are ambitious, proven, and passionate about hospitality, you will train staff, manage inventory and labor, lead the team to meet sales targets, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
