You will handle staffing, inventory, scheduling, and safety, while building relationships with customers and vendors. A high school diploma and at least one year of leadership experience in retail or food service are preferred; ServeSafe certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Leadership – A team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
