Englefield Inc. is seeking a Duchess Assistant Manager at 1618 Morse Road in Columbus, OH. You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year leadership in retail/food service, comfort with scheduling and inventory, and proficiency with POS and MS Office. ServeSafe certification is required or obtainable. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Tech comfort with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away help drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team.
• Other Qualifications include, but are not limited to walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching. Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.
