The ideal candidate has 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service, strong communication, scheduling and inventory skills, and familiarity with POS systems. A High school diploma or equivalent is required; ServSafe certification is required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Lead in the Store Manager’s absence to drive performance and maintain standards
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
• Perform duties typical of a fast-paced retail environment including temperature variations and physical activity
