Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
• Natural coach who motivates teams and leads by example
• Operational know-how in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations
• Problem-solving mindset; able to stay calm under pressure
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel)
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain
• Values-driven, honest, respectful leadership
