Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead a team that delivers great food and friendly service at our Upham, ND location. You will oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, engaged team.

Expected schedule includes early mornings, evenings, and some holidays. This role offers top pay, a bonus program up to $20,000 annually, education and tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management role with a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
