Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values in daily activities.
• Monitor scheduling, labor, inventory, and costs to drive profits.
• Lead and coach Team Members and Shift Leaders for performance.
