• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead and train Team Members and Shift Leaders.
• Schedule and manage labor and inventory with P&L awareness.
