Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United States (West Fargo) to lead restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will ensure consistent, friendly guest experiences and uphold core values across the store.

The role supports scheduling, training, and performance management while driving sales and profitability. A minimum of one year in food service and a ServeSafe certification are preferred; expect a demanding but rewarding schedule with growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license; schedule can include mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience.
