Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive fast and friendly service and ensure quality customer experience.
• Schedule and deploy the team; monitor performance and accountability.
• Sourcing, hiring, and developing Team Members; manage training programs.
• Control labor, inventory, and waste; ensure cash handling and banking compliance.
