Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Grand Forks, ND to lead daily restaurant operations and team development. This role emphasizes accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment within a people-first culture.

You will manage shifts, coach Team Members, uphold food safety, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting store profitability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays; minimum 50 hours/week.
• Non-exempt management position; requires flexible scheduling and strong work ethic.
• ServeSafe Certified required when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Ensure health and safety standards and maintain cash handling procedures.
