The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in food service or retail and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory and cash handling.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor sales performance and labor costs.
