Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a motivated team and delivering warm guest experiences.

You will coach crew, assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling, promote brand standards, and drive profitable sales while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English).
• Math and financial management.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High school diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Assist in building a team environment by coaching and providing feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns, and aiding in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Support development of team members through cross training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities; hold team accountable for behavior and performance.
• Promote guest satisfaction by modeling exceptional service, ensuring brand standards and systems are executed, and training completed (e.g., ServSafe).
• Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives; help manage labor costs, food costs, and cash; uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Work with the Restaurant Manager to assess performance, develop plans to target opportunities, and implement actions to achieve goals.
