Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and team. In their absence, they perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager and lead floor operations, training, and guest experience to deliver great service and profitable topline sales.

They collaborate to ensure adherence to Dunkin' standards, safety and cash controls, manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor coordination, and coach staff to maintain brand standards and a guest-focused

Qualifications

Basic computer skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Basic math and financial management.
Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
Oversee Brand Training; schedule, train, certify staff and ensure brand standards.
Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
Review guest feedback and implement action plans to drive improvement.
Assist in inventory, labor scheduling and vendor orders.
