Dunkin' is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team development. You will lead shifts, coach crew members, and ensure fast, friendly, high-quality service to guests.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, cash handling, hiring and scheduling, and monitoring profitability. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a flexible schedule to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
• Focus on guest service and satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations.
• Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
