Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in developing a high-performing crew and delivering friendly guest experiences while driving profitable top-line sales.

You will recruit, hire, onboard, and develop staff, ensure training per guidelines, and maintain a guest-first culture. You will also help manage operations, safety, brand standards, and execution of promotions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic writing skills.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficient in math and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training is completed per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Support development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment and comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Assist in action plans for production, productivity, quality and guest service.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
