Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering outstanding guest experiences at our location. You will coach Crew Members and Shift Leaders, assist with hiring, training, and daily operations to drive profitable top-line sales.

You'll lead by example to ensure brand standards, service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety programs like ServSafe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Experience in restaurant/retail/supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Develop team through coaching, cross-training, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Promote guest satisfaction by delivering great service and maintaining brand standards.
• Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and cash; ensure safety and cleanliness.
