Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in related food service management preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Flexible full-time schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and training.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills and computer competency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations and achieve targets.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard FOH & BOH team members.
• Train and develop team members for performance.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet goals.
• Prepare work schedules and oversee inventory.
• Coordinate opening, closing, and mid-shift coverage.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Deliver outstanding guest experience and resolve issues.
