Habit Burger & Grill in Spokane, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager on daily operations, people leadership, and a superior guest experience. This role drives teamwork, quality, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in related food service management role.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Supervise training and development of FOH & BOH Team Members.
• Oversee food safety and sanitation standards for restaurant operations.
• Manage daily restaurant shifts and foster guest satisfaction.
• Monitor alcohol, labor, and food cost to meet goals.
• Ensure inventory control and accurate ordering.
• Lead by example to develop and promote team members.
