Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team in Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations or Merchandising.
• Maintain brand values, policies and operational standards.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff with a focus on engagement and accountability.
• Execute daily tasks and duties in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies and inventory controls are followed.
