You will partner with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards, training, and daily operations, including safety and loss prevention. The role supports a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for growth and 401(k) participation.

• Proven leadership experience delivering results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability with customers and teammates.
• In-the-moment coaching for associates to improve performance.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Plan and prioritize based on daily business needs and goals.
• Sense of urgency with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective delegation and execution of daily priorities.
• Experience leadership 2+ years in specialty retail preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
