Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring customer-first experiences, managing daily tasks, and supporting inventory and loss prevention efforts. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Plan and prioritize to meet business needs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first selling culture and daily tasks in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Develop and coach a high-performance team while upholding World Market values and standards.
• Recruit, train and retain associates aligned with company policies.
• Execute daily tasks and priorities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain Loss Prevention and inventory controls and ensure safety standards.
