Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience delivering results in a fast-paced retail setting (store environment).
• Strong communication and active listening to coach and motivate associates.
• Ability to de-escalate customer situations and maintain composure under pressure.
• Plan daily tasks, prioritize needs, and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to brand values and customer-first culture across the team.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities
