Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and adherence to policies.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, assume total responsibility for store operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives.
• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Maintain excellent customer shopping experience and service standards.
• Manage POS transactions according to policy (sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty).
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, pricing, markdowns and physical inventories.
• Lead merchandising, floor presentation, housekeeping and promotional signage.
• Oversee payroll scheduling and attendance compliance.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts.
