Lush is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Shops of Saddle Creek in Germantown, TN. This role supports the Shop Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage store operations, and drive sales while living Lush's leadership practices and brand values.

Responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, staff development, and ensuring adherence to brand standards, openness to flexible hours, and fostering an inclusive, ethical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (1–3 years) required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models.
• Ability to train staff through positive coaching and feedback.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; adaptable to other systems.
• Basic HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration; DEIB training preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages preferred.
