Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Germantown, TN store. You will help lead daily operations, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with our cruelty-free, ethical brand values.

You’ll support sales goals, manage staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with opportunities for advancement. 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and sales to meet and exceed daily goals.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and represent brand values in the shop.
• Supervise and coach staff; assist in recruitment and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health and safety standards.
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising.
