Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 1694-The Shops of Saddle Creek-ANN-Germantown, TN. You will support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates, serving as a store leader to nurture relationships with customers and teammates.

You will work to cultivate a customer-focused environment, model brand behaviors on the sales floor, and coach associates to create genuine connections while leveraging omnichannel tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
