Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in Memphis to lead daily operations, sales growth, and customer experience in our store. You will partner with the Shop Manager to ensure top performance on all retail activities, including staffing, training, and brand standards.

You will drive customer service excellence, promote brand values (ethical sourcing, cruelty-free cosmetics) and coach staff to achieve key metrics while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for every visitor.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
