Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Germantown, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager for Shops of Saddle Creek to lead daily operations, coach the team, and uphold our standards of customer experience and brand values.

You’ll support the Shop Manager, drive sales, manage schedules, and ensure operational excellence while promoting our skincare and ethical beauty principles. Experience in retail leadership and a passion for our products are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings and weekends
