Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati to lead daily operations and deliver a memorable customer experience. The role supports the Shop Manager, drives sales, and champions Lush’s Leadership Practices on the shop floor.

You’ll supervise staff, assist with scheduling, inventory, and training while maintaining a fun, inclusive store atmosphere. Growth from within is encouraged and product passion is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings and weekends.
