SONIC Drive-In in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations, training staff and ensuring a clean, safe and efficient dining experience for guests in Tacoma, WA.

You’ll supervise Team Members, monitor staffing and inventory, handle opening/closing duties, promote customer service excellence, and help drive sales while upholding SONIC standards and policies.

Formación

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Experience running shifts without supervision.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
• Adheres to employee handbook, policies and practices
• Performs opening and/or closing duties
• Monitors staffing, inventory and food cost control; completes weekly inventory
• Maintains files, records and required documentation
• Reinforces customer service and responds to guest requests and complaints.
